Beginning his career in DeLand, Florida, he has faced and overcome countless challenges, using each as an opportunity to grow and refine his craft. Through perseverance and dedication, he has built a reputation for delivering reliable, high-quality services that exceed client expectations.
As a licensed roofing contractor and general contractor, Philip brings decades of expertise to every project. He has continually adapted to industry trends, embracing new technologies and techniques to stay ahead. His commitment to excellence and relentless pursuit of improvement are the driving forces behind the company’s success. Currently, he is expanding his skill set by studying for his pool contractor's license, demonstrating his dedication to providing comprehensive solutions for his clients.
Philip’s biggest motivation comes from his family—his daughters and his wife, who has supported him throughout his journey and helped him achieve success. His leadership is also rooted in a passion for quality, innovation, and integrity. He fosters a company culture that emphasizes collaboration, accountability, and customer satisfaction. With a career spanning multiple industries across Florida, she has cultivated a broad perspective that allows her to navigate and excel in any situation. Tabatha landed in DeLand about five years ago, where she quickly became an essential member of the local business community.
Known affectionately as the "brains of the company," Tabatha is a self-proclaimed "Numbers Nerd" who thrives on tackling challenges with precision and creativity. Her knack for understanding complex data and turning it into actionable insights is a foundation of ProSource’s success. A fierce leader with an unwavering determination for success, Tabatha is deeply committed to helping others achieve their goals. Her love for people and genuine passion for making them happy define her leadership style. She is quick-thinking, incredibly talented, and endlessly resourceful, always finding innovative ways to drive the company forward.
Beyond her professional achievements, Tabatha is a proud mom with a strong passion for dirt track racing. She helps manage her husband's race car business, balancing her leadership role at ProSource with her hands-on involvement in the racing world. Whether she's cheering from the pits or supporting the team, her enthusiasm for the sport adds a fun, competitive edge to her dynamic personality.
